At Wiselife, India's first yoga brand, we're on a mission to make yoga and wellness accessible, inspiring, and a part of everyday living. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products reach our customers with the highest standards of quality and reliability.

We're looking for someone who can combine sharp negotiation skills with a deep sense of responsibility: a professional who can scout innovative products, build strong vendor relationships, and manage inventory with efficiency—ultimately helping us deliver excellence while keeping costs optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scouting and identifying new products as per business needs.
  • Searching for and onboarding new vendors (both online and offline).
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and finalizing purchase orders.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and initiating re-ordering of materials.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
  • Monitoring procurement costs and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Handling GRN (Goods Receipt Note), quality checks, and managing return/replacement of defective materials.
  • Supporting other related procurement and administrative activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (preferred in [industry]).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
