Role Description

This full-time, on-site Bench Sales and Recruiter – Life Sciences position is located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the entire life cycle of recruitment, including identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. Responsibilities include marketing skilled candidates, networking with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely placement. The candidate will collaborate closely with team members and clients mainly in the Life Sciences sector, leveraging innovative recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Bench Sales and Recruitment with a focus on candidate marketing, client engagement, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, ATS systems, job boards, and databases to identify talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidates and build effective client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of roles within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workflows efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Knowledge of visa categories, including H1B processes, and an understanding of E-Verified employment practices are advantageous.
