Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales conversions, analyzing customer data, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Management
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized gut health solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from lead qualification to closing.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
2. Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain and organize sales data to track performance and client interactions.
- Analyze customer insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and generate sales reports.
3. Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate Sova Health's value proposition confidently across calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
4. Target Achievement & Incentives
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Earn attractive performance-based incentives tied to results.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client servicing, or a related customer-facing role.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
