We are a Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in Internal Audits, Management Consultancy, Taxation, and Business Automation. We work with clients across FMCG, Automobile, Manufacturing, Retail, and Service sectors.

We are looking for a proactive professional who can independently handle Internal Audit, Income Tax, and GST assignments end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit

  • Conduct end-to-end internal audits across various industries.
  • Perform process reviews, risk assessments, compliance checks, and control analysis.
  • Prepare audit reports with observations, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with client teams for data collection, verification, and follow-ups.

Income Tax

  • Handle filing of Income Tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Manage assessments, reassessment cases, notices (including 143(1), 143(2), 148, 154), and submission of replies on the portal.
  • Draft responses to Income Tax queries and represent factual positions professionally.
  • Knowledge of TDS compliances, 26AS reconciliation, AIS/TIS review, and tax planning.

GST

  • Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C.
  • Handle GST departmental queries, notices, audit replies, and assessments.
  • Conduct GST reconciliations (GSTR-2B, 3B, books).
  • Ensure timely compliance for multiple clients and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a CA firm (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in Internal Audit, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Ability to draft replies for IT/GST notices and handle departmental cases.
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel, Tally, and GST/IT portals.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA.
  • Candidates with experience in handling IT & GST assessments will be given priority.
