About the Role

We are a growing Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in Internal Audits, Taxation, and Business Automation.

We are specifically looking for a Semi-Qualified CA (CA-Inter) or an experienced Graduate/Postgraduate who can independently handle Internal Audit, Income Tax, and GST compliance & case-related work.

Note:

This position is not open for fully qualified Chartered Accountants, as the profile and compensation are specifically designed for CA-Inter / Semi-qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audit

  • Conduct internal audits across multiple sectors.
  • Perform process reviews, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare structured audit reports with observations and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with client teams for data gathering and clarifications.

Income Tax

  • Prepare and file Income Tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Handle departmental notices and prepare professional replies , 143(2), 148, 154, etc.).
  • Manage tax computations, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of TDS compliances & AIS/TIS analysis.

GST

  • File monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C support).
  • Prepare reconciliations (2B vs Books vs 3B).
  • Draft replies to GST notices, audit queries, and assessment-related matters.
  • Maintain proper compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • CA-Inter / Semi-Qualified CA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in a CA firm.
  • Good understanding of the Income Tax Act, GST Law, and internal audit methodologies.
  • Practical experience in drafting replies for IT and GST cases.
  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Tally, IT portal, and GST portal.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to handle assignments independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CA-Inter / Semi-Qualified CA
  • B.Com / M.Com with strong audit & tax experience
  • Candidates with hands-on exposure to IT/GST assessments will be preferred.
