Job Description:

Designation: National Sales Executive
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational off
Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat.
Experience: Minimum 10 years for Manager positions
Salary: Best in the market
Qualification: Any graduate
Age Limit: 45 – 50 years

  1. Marketing Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This may involve conducting market research, identifying marketing trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that marketing campaigns meet their needs.
  2. Campaign Development: You will oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including creating campaign briefs, developing creative concepts, and working with designers and copywriters to develop marketing materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Campaign Execution: You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, advertising, events, and other channels as required. This may involve working with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve results. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  5. Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing campaigns meet the needs of all stakeholders. This may involve working with product managers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and improve results
  • Experience with marketing software and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Marketo.

Overall, as a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaign development and execution, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns meet the needs of all stakeholders and align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
