Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in cooking Mediterranean cuisine, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
