About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven end-to-end recruitment experience to join our team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is comfortable hiring across both tech and non-tech roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, innovative in sourcing strategies, and capable of managing multiple priorities across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to closing offers.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define hiring needs, set expectations, and deliver on recruitment goals.
  • Handle recruitment across India and APAC markets, ensuring an understanding of regional hiring nuances.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in fast-paced organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and building trusted partnerships.
  • Proven ability to design and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with hiring across APAC markets is a strong advantage.
