Job Description:

The Assistant Trainee Cum HR will support the HR department in all basic functions related to recruitment, employee documentation, coordination, and HR operations within the hotel. The role focuses on assisting HR processes while learning and growing within the hospitality environment. Hospitality field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment activities (calling candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings).
  • Handle onboarding processes, employee documentation, ID creation, and induction.
  • Maintain staff attendance, records, and HR files.
  • Assist in payroll data collection and coordination.
  • Support training sessions, staff engagement programs, and internal HR communication.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments for HR-related tasks.
  • Address basic employee queries and escalate when required.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel HR policies and hospitality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR tasks and hotel operations.
  • Strong organizing, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

₹45,000 CTC per month
