Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Trainee. The selected candidate will support the HR team in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting with personnel management processes, and helping oversee HR management tasks. Additionally, the trainee will contribute to day-to-day administrative functions and support employee engagement initiatives. This is an on-site position located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Basic understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask and work in a dynamic environment
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
