Head PMS Operations :

We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Mutual Fund Industry and looking for a Head PMS Operations.

5+ years of proven experience in PMS & AIF.

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Operations (PMS & AIF) to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of fund accounting, regulatory compliance, client servicing, and audit coordination.

Hands-on experience with portfolio management systems such as Wealth Spectrum and Miles, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is essential. Prior experience in a wealth management environment will be considered an added advantage

Job Description :

Fund Accounting & NAV Management:

Daily fund accounting and NAV/price updation in the portfolio management system.

Reconciliations:

Conduct daily bank reconciliation, demat reconciliation, and broker ledger reconciliation.

Client Operations:

Manage PMS clients' trade working, mutual fund redemptions, and resolve client queries and reporting requirements.

Fees & Performance:

Calculate management fees, evaluate performance data, and manage monthly, quarterly, and financial year closure entries.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

Prepare SEBI regulatory reports, monthly MIS, quarterly reports, and fact sheets.

Audit Coordination:

Handle all audit processes, including internal audit, NAV audit, and performance audit.

Client Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in coordination with custodians and internal teams.

Team Management:

Support team leadership, mentor junior staff, and act as a reliable second-in-command to senior leadership.

Process Optimization:

Utilize portfolio and operational systems (Wealth Spectrum, Miles) to streamline workflows and reporting processes.

Candidate Desirability:

Candidates with prior experience in Wealth Management firms will be given preference.
