Role & responsibilities

Head of Operations - Broking 

We're seeking an experienced Operations leader to head our broking firm's operations team. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management: Lead the operations team, ensure efficient trade processing, settlements, and client services.
  2. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, exchange rules, and internal policies.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.
  4. Process Improvement: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
  5. Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing operations team.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 8-12 years of experience in broking operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets, trading, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
