Job Description: Admin Manager

Reports to: CEO /HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Facility & Infrastructure Management:
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of office premises.
  • Liaise with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensure timely renewals.
  • Team Supervision:
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff including front office, housekeeping, and support staff.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Vendor & Asset Management:
  • Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain inventory and track utilization of office assets and equipment.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update records, licenses, certificates, and audits.
  • Event and Travel Management:
  • Organize internal events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for employees as per policy.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses within the approved budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in administration.

The role involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination across all company locations, including the factory unit, with regular site visits as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field
  • 7-8 years of experience in Administration role

Key Skills:

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Proficient in MS Office and administrative software/tools

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Problem-solving and decision-making ability

· Familiarity with compliance regulations and documentation
