Position: House Manager
Location: BKC (Promoters Residence), Mumbai
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable individual to manage a blend of personal and office administrative responsibilities. This role requires someone who can seamlessly balance professional tasks with personal assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both the promoters residence and the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Administration
- Manage personal calendar, travel, and appointments
- Handle errands, purchases, and household/vendor coordination
- Assist with personal documentation and record keeping
- Liaise with banks, insurance, utilities, and other service providers
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive matters
Office & Home Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities management
- Manage office supplies, pantry, housekeeping, and vendors
- Coordinate visitor management and meeting room arrangements
- Support HR/Admin with onboarding, attendance, and employee services
- Maintain office records, contracts, and compliance documents
Executive Support
- Assist management with scheduling, travel bookings, and meetings
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and reports
- Prepare presentations and basic MIS for review
Travel Requirements:
- Must be flexible to travel between BKC (Promoters Residence), Vashi, and other Mumbai offices
- Occasional outstation travel may be required as per business needs
What Were Looking For:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Administration/Commerce)
- 25 years of experience in admin/PA/receptionist/home-office management
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of printers, scanning, Wi-Fi/data basics
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently
