Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marcom Head to lead our marketing communications efforts for Happiest Health – The Wellness Enterprise. Happiest Health is evolving from India's most credible knowledge enterprise to India's most unique and holistic Wellness Enterprise - spanning Knowledge, Diagnostics, Healthcare and Wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and public relations, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and strategies in the health and wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Handle branding and experience for knowledge business events like Health Summits and webinars.
- Analyse marketing trends; Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Develop and execute branding and internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health and wellness experts, industry partners, and advertisers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing communication efforts with sales, product, and customer service.
- Craft talent marketing and CSR campaigns.
- Work with business heads, finance head and stakeholders as the company strategizes for IPO planned in 6 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ·Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 12-15 years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the health and wellness sectors. Excellent candidates from the hospitality and consumer sectors will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics
