Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a School Coordinator. The School Coordinator will oversee daily school operations, coordinate with teachers and staff members, plan and implement educational programs, and ensure adherence to educational policies. Responsibilities include managing youth development initiatives, providing leadership in educational strategies, and conducting training sessions for staff. The role requires active communication with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Education and Youth Development
  • Proficiency in Educational Leadership and Training
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
  • Experience in managing educational programs or school operations is a plus
