As a School Success Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between our organization and partner schools. This is a B2B coordination role where you will be the primary point of contact for schools using our product. Your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating with school leaders and teachers to support product adoption and usage.

* Conducting engaging product demos and training sessions for school staff.

* Understanding schools' specific requirements and ensuring timely follow-ups.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

* Gathering feedback from schools and sharing insights with our internal teams to improve product features and services.

* Acting as a bridge between schools and internal departments like product, operations, and support.

This role requires someone who is proactive, good at communication, organized, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in the education sector, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
