Strategic Fundraising Development: Craft and execute a strategic fundraising plan that aligns with our mission to ensure the sustainability and expansion of our programs.2.

Donor Engagement: Oversee all aspects of donor relations, from identification to stewardship, ensuring robust, trust-based relationships with both existing and potential donors.3. Grant Management: Direct our grant-seeking processes, from research and proposal writing to compliance and detailed reporting.4. Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive donor database to ensure accuracy and privacy of data.

Communication and Reporting: Develop impactful fundraising materials and maintain regular communication with donors to highlight their contributions' impact and our ongoing needs. Managing Existing CSR Donor Base: This involves maintaining relationships with current corporate social responsibility (CSR) donors who already supporting Ratna Nidhi's initiatives. It includes regular communication, reporting, updates on how their contributions are making an impact, and ensuring their continued engagement and support.

Converting Existing Pipeline of Donors: Identifying potential donors within Ratna Nidhi's existing database who have shown interest or have the capacity to contribute but haven't done so yet. It involves nurturing these relationships, addressing any concerns they may have, and persuading them to become active donors. Creating and Cultivating

New Donor Base: This entails researching and identifying new individuals, organizations, or companies who may be interested in supporting Ratna Nidhi's cause. It involves outreach efforts, such as cold calling, networking events, presentations and meetings, to introduce Ratna Nidhi's work and convince potential donors of the value of their contributions. Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field; significant experience in fundraising or marketing may also be considered.
  • At least 6/8 years of proven experience in fundraising, preferably with expertise in CSR initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the capability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A deep passion for social impact and a sensitive approach to diverse communities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Mumbai and its surrounding areas as required.
