Chief Fundraising Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Development & Fundraising Lead to drive our fundraising efforts globally. This role will oversee strategy, outreach, and relationship-building with major donors, corporate social responsibility partners, charitable trusts, and grant-making institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan that drives growth and revenue.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders to secure funding.
- Prepare compelling proposals and respond to requests for proposals.
- Llaunch creative fundraising initiatives, including events and campaigns, to engage donors and promote our mission.
- Track and manage donor engagement, impact reporting, and stewardship to ensure long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, corporate social responsibility, or institutional development.
- Strong communication, writing, and relationship management skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Ability to build networks, present persuasively, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve goals.
