Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in the life insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for promoting life insurance products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify and approach potential clients to promote life insurance products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships by understanding clients' financial goals and offering suitable life insurance plans.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of life insurance products, benefits, and policy features.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Customer Support: Guide clients through policy selection, documentation, and after-sales service.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team and manager to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of sales experience are welcome.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
  • Sales Mindset: Passionate about sales with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Customer Orientation: Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
