Position: Client Relationship Manager / Techno-Marketing Unistring Tech Solutions

Location: Delhi (Female candidates preferred)

Industry: Defence Electronics

Salary: ₹8–10 LPA

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for defence sector clients, ensuring strong relationship management and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand technical requirements of defence electronics projects and coordinate with internal engineering and R&D teams for customized solutions.
  • Support techno-marketing initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for clients and government bodies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defence and aerospace domains.
  • Participate in tenders, exhibitions, and technical discussions with DRDO, BEL, and other defence establishments.
  • Maintain a database of client interactions and track project progress through CRM tools.
  • Travel to client locations, defence establishments, and corporate offices as required for meetings, reviews, and project discussions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronics, embedded systems, or defence technologies.
  • Experience in B2B, government, or defence sector marketing preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender/bidding documentation.
  • Confident, proactive, and self-driven professional with strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client coordination and business development.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, ECE, or related field. MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in client relationship management, techno-marketing, or business development — preferably in the defence, aerospace, or electronics domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
