- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments with precision, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate office operations and manage vendor relationships, including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and negotiating contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Fluent in English is a must.
