Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Secretary to the Managing Director located in corporate office - Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. The Executive Secretary will handle day-to-day tasks including admin work, communication, and executive administrative assistance. The role involves managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. Facilitating coordination with senior executives and travel management are also a key responsibility of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills and experience in Executive Administrative Assistance.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience of assisting Leadership roles is essential.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and travel booking/coordination is a must have.
