Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified
Legal Associate / Legal Executive
with dual expertise in
Law (LLB)
and
Company Secretary (CS)
domains. The ideal candidate should have at least
4+ years of hands-on experience
in
legal drafting, vetting contracts, company law compliance, MCA filings, and managing board & annual general meetings
. The role also involves proactive
client coordination and documentation management
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, Reviewing & Vetting
various legal agreements and contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, lease deeds, employment contracts, etc.). - Ensure compliance with the
Companies Act, 2013
and related regulations. - Handle
ROC/MCA filings
, preparation of
annual returns
, and statutory forms. - Organize and manage
Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
– including
agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions
. - Maintain and update
statutory registers and company records
. - Advise management on
legal and regulatory matters
, including secretarial standards and governance. - Support
contract management lifecycle
— drafting, negotiation, execution, and record-keeping. - Coordinate with internal teams and
manage client communication
for documentation and compliance updates. - Stay abreast of amendments and updates in
corporate, commercial, and contract laws
.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualified
LLB
and
Company Secretary (CS)
. - Minimum
4+ years of relevant experience
in corporate legal and secretarial functions. - Strong knowledge of
Companies Act, 2013

Contract Act

MCA e-filing
procedures. - Excellent
drafting, analytical, and communication
skills. - Attention to detail with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MCA portal.
