We are small company of 10 people. We are looking for an office administrator cum secretary to Chairman with an experience of undertaking the following:

  • Maintaining the personal records/ data/ files of Chairman and senior management
  • Drafting communication
  • Calendaring and Contacts management
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality with regards to all communication/data/diary etc.
  • Coordinating with clients for meetings and updating the management about the status.
  • Managing travel and hotel arrangements, coordinating, and negotiating with hotels, travel agents etc.
  • Perform other secretarial duties (screening calls, appointments, receiving & directing visitors/clients, travel, filing etc.)
  • Perform basic administrative role (filing. Vendor coordination, ensuring office cleanliness, troubleshooting etc.)

Candidate Profile:

The candidate shall possess

  • Overall experience of at least 13-15 years
  • Excellent Command over English (both Written and Spoken)
  • Ability to draft letters
  • Knowledge of basic IT hardware and software to coordinate with AMC vendors
  • Excellent Knowledge of operating MS Outlook and other MS packages
  • Excellent knowledge of communication systems phones epabx etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of filing systems
