Designation – Executive Assistant cum Office Manager 

Role -

  • Good business drafting / reviewing skills
  • Project management  - Provide coordination, monitoring and communication of project on a daily basis
  • Prepare SWOT/ study the industry
  • Assist in development of presentations for internal and external audience
  • Reading/ researching documents/ papers; collecting and analysing information
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Office management
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Managing follow ups, attending meetings and making and tracking minutes of  meetings
  • Making MIS reports and presentation and Business Analysis
  • Ensure the target audience database is current, accurate, and segmented for optimal use.
  • Such other duties relating to the above, as may be assigned from time to time

Skills

  • Good grasp of computer software and programmes, such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in collaboration
  • Task oriented
  • Self motivated, can multitask and prioritise
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail

Experience - Relevant experience of 3-5 years 

Education - Graduate in any field
