About the Role

We are looking for a
high-energy outbound hunter
who thrives on identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise-level opportunities in the North American market. You will drive top-of-funnel growth and generate a steady flow of qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting
    efforts
    using cold call, email and social outreach
    to engage decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Research accounts to identify key stakeholders, pain points, and buying signals.
  • Consistently achieve
    quota by hitting cold call, email, and meeting targets.
  • Craft personalized messages using insights from tools like
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    , ZoomInfo,
    HubSpot
    etc.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and demos
    for sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records to track interactions and pipeline stages
    .
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for qualified opportunities generated.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience targeting enterprise clients, preferably in the North American market.
  • Craft personalized messages using insights from tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot etc.
  • Proven success using outreach tools (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, writing, research, and objection-handling skills.
  • High ownership mindset, resilience, and
    ability to work the evening shift.
