About The Role:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle administrative support tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and packages.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Coordinate with facility management and vendors for office supplies and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
