EIE Instruments engaged in manufacturing, marketing and Calibration of Scientific Instruments and Testing Equipments for various applications.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage administrative tasks with a primary focus on payment collection, follow-up, and maintaining customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling both clerical and financial responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle payment collection from clients/customers (cash, cheque, online transfers, etc.).
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, invoices, and collections.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to update payment status.
- Prepare and share collection reports with management.
- Address client queries related to billing and payments.
- Support management in other office and administrative functions as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in payment collection, accounts, or office administration.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related field (preferred)
