Job Description:
Rezmytrip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Back Office Executive to join our Domestic Operations team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. Freshers with the right attitude are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic booking operations and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for booking confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings and follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage invoices, travel itineraries, and reports.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely execution of daily operational tasks.
- Provide backend support to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0–2 years in back office, travel, or operations roles (freshers welcome).
- Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
