Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Organize and conduct walk-in drives, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status to management.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
