Role Overview Description About Uplers

We're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who can drive both Tech and Non-Tech hiring with expertise, agility and strong market understanding. Role Overview
You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent across Tech (Engineering, Product, Data, Design, QA, DevOps) and Non-Tech (Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Success) domains. The ideal candidate brings a strong agency mindset, deep knowledge of product-company talent expectations and hands-on experience in Boolean sourcing, ATS management and strong understanding of skillset and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tech & Non-Tech roles for product-based clients.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and translate them into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Use data and analytics (Mixpanel) to monitor activities of Hiring Team and help them attract right candidate.
  • Use Boolean search, GitHub/X-ray sourcing, and talent database to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Devise clear, skills-focused strategies to source talents who aligned with product-company expectations.
  • Effectively manage candidate pipelines through ATS – ensuring timely updates, structured feedback and clean data.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring and niche roles.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience with consistent follow-ups and transparent communication.
  • Take ownership of the Talent Experience and Sourcing to optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Travelling required: Candidate must be open to travel to our offices Pan India on an ad-hoc basis as and when needed.
  • Stay ahead of industry hiring trends, evolving skill demands and the changing expectations of product-company talent.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience across Tech and Non-Tech functions.
  • Prior experience in product-company hiring or tech-focused recruitment agencies is a must.
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks (Frontend, Backend, Data, Cloud, QA, etc.) and business roles (Marketing, Finance, HR, Ops, CX, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and modern sourcing tools (e.g. HireEZ, Phantombuster, Apollo, or AI-driven sourcing platforms).
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from hiring metrics.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with an eye for detail and candidate quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior agency background or exposure to Product company-facing recruitment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven hiring tools, automation, or recruitment analytics.
  • Experience with employer branding and building candidate engagement strategies.
  • Exposure to talent communities or referral networks within the tech ecosystem.
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics (good to have).
