• Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and

close deals to bring impactful projects to Blackmont.


• Presentation Preparation: Prepare compelling presentations to showcase

Blackmont Consulting's capabilities and value proposition.


• Organizational Analysis: Analyse potential client organizations to assess

compatibility and strategic fit.

Requirements:


• Currently taking a bachelors or master or be a recent graduate.


• Strong analytical and research skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to deal sourcing and project

identification.


• Familiarity with the consulting industry and market trends.
