Community Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM to manage customer relationship processes. The role involves coordinating with customers, updating CRM systems, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth workflow from deal initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Initiate new customer cases and ensure all onboarding steps are completed smoothly.
- Conduct welcome calls and maintain professional communication with customers throughout the process.
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding account setup and related requirements.
Documentation Management
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents as per internal guidelines.
- Manage both digital and physical records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate preparation, verification, and dispatch of customer agreements and related documents.
CRM Updates & Data Tracking
- Enter and update customer and deal information into the CRM system accurately.
- Monitor case progress and update stages as tasks are completed.
- Maintain master records and logs for tracking customer interactions and workflow status.
Coordination & Follow-Up
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of required steps.
- Set and manage follow-ups for pending tasks such as account activation or document submissions.
- Ensure timely escalation of any delays or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Record Keeping & Compliance
- Maintain detailed logs of customer communication, including calls, messages, and emails.
- Ensure all documentation and records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM operations, onboarding, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory
