Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Organizational Development Manager. The role involves driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, designing and implementing leadership development programs, supporting HR-related strategies, and analyzing organizational challenges to propose improvements. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with the organization's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness
  • Proficiency in HR Management and Leadership Development methodologies
  • Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven ability to evaluate complex challenges
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in sustainability-focused organizations is a plus
  • Ability to work independently within a remote framework
