Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role entails managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company targets. Responsibilities involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up to provide outstanding customer service. As an integral part of the sales team, the Inside Sales Executive will contribute to driving business growth and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients
  • Experience in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Sales acumen and the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in fire safety or related industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented approach
