About Madhav Technologies:

Madhav Technologies is a fast-growing IT company specializing in React Native, , Python development, and Digital Marketing solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitch, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products/services, SaaS, software development, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to strategize, lead a team, and drive results under pressure.
  • Networking and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
