Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Field Executive located in Chennai. The Business Development Field Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and promoting JKB Housing's services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective clients, networking, creating business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research and Business Strategy
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai
