- Needs Analysis: Understand client tech/business needs to propose fitting staffing solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet defined revenue targets for IT staffing services.
- Candidate Sourcing Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery.
- Proposal Preparation: Create proposals outlining service scope, benefits, commercial terms.
- Client Communication: Regularly update clients on service delivery, address queries.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on IT trends, skill demands, and competitor activity. 
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to sell services and negotiate deals. 
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication for client interactions.
- IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT technologies, staffing models beneficial.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Analytical Skills: Assess client needs, map with service offerings.
- Result Orientation: Focus on achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing client needs, market dynamics.
Experience: 2-5 years in IT sales/staffing or tech services sales preferred.
- Education: Graduate degree; relevant certifications advantageous.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with IT staffing models, tech skills trends helpful.
