The company operates two stores in Pazhavangadi and Attakulangara, encompassing 1.50 lakh sq ft of retail space, including a supermarket and a food court. Offering a wide product range such as apparels, home products, health & wellness, footwear, travel accessories, toys & games, electronics, furniture, groceries, and FMCG items, Ramachandran aims to deliver a pleasant and affordable shopping experience. The company maintains strict quality standards and has a state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft warehouse to ensure efficient sourcing and distribution.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers with their purchasing needs, managing inventory, and ensuring the product displays are appealing. The role also includes developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing team for sales strategies and participate in training programs to stay updated with product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is beneficial
