Job Description:
Suryaprabha Solar is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar products and services.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work with the technical team to provide accurate proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and solar product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
