Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Trivandrum and Cochin. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, coordinating with the marketing team, presenting project details to potential buyers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands effective communication and negotiation skills to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and closing sales
- Market Research and Sales Strategy development experience
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
