BGM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS is a leading provider of innovative and high-quality Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation Products in Kerala and Tamilnadu. This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing new clients, and drive sales to achieve the company's planned revenue goals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell agricultural machinery (irrigation products,tractors, harvesters, implements, etc.) to farmers, dealers, and agri-businesses.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, exhibitions, and local networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical assistance to customers.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and market analysis to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in agricultural machinery or rural/agri sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Basic understanding of farming practices and agri-equipment.
- 2 wheeler Mandatory
- Male Candidate Preferred.
