
HR & Admin Manager

Human Resources (HR):
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and attendance management systems.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure effective employee relations.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
- Drive employee engagement activities and retention initiatives

Administration:
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Monitor contracts, renewals, and service agreements related to office operations.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with company standards.
- Support management in planning and executing administrative requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR,
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
