Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and facility maintenance. The role will also support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate office administration, maintenance, and housekeeping.
· Handle vendor management, including negotiation, contracts, and service quality.
· Oversee office supplies, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
· Support HR with onboarding logistics, event coordination, and employee engagement activities.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards.
· Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and other admin-related expenses.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
· –6 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and vendor negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills
