Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an HR and Admin Manager. The HR and Admin Manager will oversee day-to-day operations including employee recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and maintaining HR policies. Additionally, the manager will handle administrative duties such as office management, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
  • Office Management, Vendor Coordination, and Administration skills
  • Ability to maintain and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the advertising or outdoor publicity industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and office management tools
