Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources and Administration (HR & Admin) Manager. The HR & Admin Manager will oversee and manage core HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, and compliance. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, designing employee engagement strategies, and maintaining a positive work environment. Additionally, this role involves managing administrative operations, vendor coordination, facility management, and ensuring workplace efficiency.
Qualifications
- Human Resource Management skills, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
- Experience in creating HR policies, handling payroll, and ensuring labor law compliance
- Administrative acumen in facility management, vendor management, and operations coordination
