Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue through corporate tie-ups and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and retain existing ones
  • Identify and target key decision-makers in companies for long-term business relationships
  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients
  • Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Represent Earth Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably in hospitality or service industry
  • Strong understanding of Bangalore's corporate market and client dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
