Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue through corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and retain existing ones
- Identify and target key decision-makers in companies for long-term business relationships
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients
- Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Represent Earth Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably in hospitality or service industry
- Strong understanding of Bangalore's corporate market and client dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
