The MICE Sales Manager / Executive is responsible for generating business from corporate clients through Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, developing client relationships, creating tailor-made proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments to deliver successful group events and travel programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new MICE clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify and target corporate clients, event agencies, and associations for group travel, incentives, and conferences.
  • Prepare customized proposals and costings based on client requirements and budgets.
  • Manage end-to-end MICE inquiries — from lead generation, negotiation, contracting, and confirmation to event execution.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, ticketing, hotel, and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote MICE services.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Keep updated on destination knowledge, hotel offers, venues, and supplier networks.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional communication and post-event follow-up.

Pay: ₹10, ₹44,476.65 per month
