Lead - Systems Analyst

The Purpose of Your Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise and experience in designing and developing applications including new developments, improvements, maintenance and support. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of the platform to build well written requirements, following standard methodologies thorough understanding of the product roadmap, and owning up responsibilities for the overall product quality.

• Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and standard methodologies to solve business problems by driving design, development and ongoing support.
• Work with our distributed team and provide technical direction in building solutions.
• Actively participating in sharing of knowledge sessions, code and design reviews etc.

• You Design and architect complex solutions on a platform dedicated to the Strategic Advisors Technology team.
• You Focus on provide end-to-end solutions
• You Assess and research current implementations of the platform and determine the course of action required to improve the platform
• You Provide leadership to junior engineers, understanding how to use and improve their current skills
• You Collaborate with peers and the leadership team on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements and opportunities to improve the customer service experience

• You are Proficient in agile practices (backlog management, story writing, story mapping, visual planning, use of personas, outcome based planning, etc.).
• You have Ability to ensure close relationships with key business users
• You Facilitate requirements sessions and produce well written documentation that effectively
• You provide "product owner" story sign off either through UAT sessions with business partners or by validating the story meets business use cases.
• You Partner with delivery team members and assist with other functions to improve velocity (e.g., QA)
• You Lead in story closure and acceptance efforts for releases
• You Partner with architecture to understand opportunities to use or give, and production support to ensure stability and supportability
• You Improve analysis and PO practices across the local organization.
• You Know the entire user population, their workflow, and key needs.
• You Collaborate and Connect with product managers with innovative thinking based on new business needs and/or business partner feedback to shape the strategy and direction

Supporting multiple business function in Investment Management and Advisory domain like Portfolio Management, Research & Trading.

• BE/MCA/MBA
• 5-7 years of industry experience
